Dandi-Gandhi

Navsari is a city and a municipality in the Indian state of Gujarat. There are some of the important places to visit in navsari like Sayaji Vaibhav Library and Meherji Rana library at Tarota Bazaar is an important public building in Navsari. It has very good collection of books, literary works, periodicals and some of the oldest texts of the Indian Zoroastrian community. The Clock tower is the landmark for the city's main market. Mota Bazar is a place where one can go for shopping and it is a primary market in Navsari. Many famous and old shops are situated in that market such as, Choksi Jewelers and Kali Das Gowan Sukhadia Sweet mart etc.
Dudhia Talao is another major market and commercial centers in navsari. The famous Ashapura Temple is situated near Dudhia Talao. Dudhia Talao has also big vegetable market where vendors and farm producers are uploading their farm products in the morning. Ramanand is a Sindhi Restaurant located inside the market famous for its chaat Item such as Pani Puri, Sev Puri and Bhel.
Lunsikui, the city's main hanging place for youth has residential area is named after a large park where the children of the city come to play cricket and eat in the evenings. You will find lots of food vendor serving different kind of foods. In the evening times you will find most of the collegian hanging around Lunsikui. There are few good restaurants located in lunsikui city conrer is one where you get all the Veg Panjabi Foods of good teast and quality. Many times we used to go there along with school friends. US Pizza is currently open their shops just next to City Corner. The only problem with the city is that it does not have any good Non-Veg restaurant. If you want to have it than you need to go NH No.8. Sheetal is the only place where you can get such non-veg variety.
Dandi, a historical place in the history of India is located just 17 Km from main city. Dandi where Mahatma Gandhi and lots and lots of his followers protest against the British salt tax in colonial India. Mahatma Gandhi along with his followers, walked from Sabarmati Ashram to Dandi, Gujarat to make salt, large numbers of Indians following him of their own accord. The road toward dandi is lined with tall trees and green fields.
